From an industry ambition to an operating discipline
The holy grail of guest memory is a relationship that survives a change of employee, department and visit. This series explains AFG’s definition, makes the service requirements testable and shows how to read the evidence behind GuestMemoryOS.
Each paper answers a different question. Together they extend the existing terminology library, research register and buyer evaluation guide with review models, precise measurement definitions and a study protocol.

Choose a route through the series
- Hospitality leaders: start with the guest-memory ambition, examine the current evidence and decide what an operator pilot must establish.
- Service teams: use the handover exercise and the memory lifecycle to inspect what reaches the next colleague.
- Group, technology and evaluation teams: combine transfer acceptance scenarios with the measurement dictionary and the study protocol.
Authorship, evidence and corrections
Published by AFG Holdings Ltd, the developer of GuestMemoryOS. The series is original company-authored analysis, not an independent product review or a peer-reviewed research publication. Its methods are proposals for evaluation, not accredited standards or completed benchmarks.
Independent sources support the specific contextual claims beside their citations. Company reports retain their source, measurement window and limitations. Fictional examples are labelled. A link between two AFG documents supplies context; it is not additional independent corroboration.
Sources were reviewed on 25 September 2026. The evidence paper preserves the original 21 September date of AFG’s operating snapshot and historical review check. New findings will require their own dates, methods and scope.
Each paper has a permanent URL, named organisational author, publication date, version and suggested citation. To report a factual error or propose a source, email AFG Holdings with the paper title, section and supporting evidence. Substantive corrections will be recorded here and reflected in the affected paper’s version and modified date.
