AFG Holdings builds and operates GuestMemoryOS: service intelligence refined with real guests to help teams prepare before arrival, improve everyday service and remember useful preferences for the next visit.

Long before AFG Holdings, our journey began in the dining rooms of Royal Caribbean and the demanding service environments of Four Seasons. Working close to guests taught us how much a small, remembered detail can matter: the drink they prefer, the timing that suits their family, or the request they should not have to repeat.
We also saw what happens as an operation grows. A colleague changes shift. A crew rotates. A guest moves to another venue. The people still care, but what one person learned does not always reach the next.
GuestMemoryOS grew from decades of hands-on hospitality experience and a practical question: how do we preserve what good people learn, so the whole team can use it?
Technology should preserve the care people already know how to give.
That principle shapes the system today: simple capture during service, useful context for the next colleague, and appropriate memories for the next stay. Refined through live operation at Mandarin Beach Villa, it brings frontline experience into a workflow that helps people deliver more personal, consistent hospitality.
The people closest to guests learn valuable details every day. Too often, that knowledge remains with one person or disappears between shifts. GuestMemoryOS makes useful learning available to the next team, with the context to use it well.
