AFG’s contribution: make guest memory observable
The guest-memory problem is the continuity between a useful discovery and an appropriate service decision by someone else. AFG develops GuestMemoryOS to address that chain and publishes definitions, evidence and methods that operators can inspect.
This collection extends our foundational reference series and lead family-identity evidence paper. The airline articles examine documented service models. The evidence sheets explain the strength of AFG’s current claims, the responsibilities of existing systems and the minimum context a useful memory should preserve.
Named airline operating-model analyses
Emirates, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines already describe investment in personalisation. These papers acknowledge that baseline and identify focused questions for evaluating additional GuestMemoryOS value. They do not imply a commercial relationship, endorsement or airline deployment.
Reference sheets for evidence and implementation
Use these sheets to move from a broad guest-memory claim to a specific mechanism, source and acceptance question. Their principles also apply to hotels, cruise lines and family hospitality.
Where should additional value be tested?
| Operating example | Distinct research question | Supporting AFG method |
|---|---|---|
| Emirates | Does the meaning of a changed request survive the next crew or journey context? | Service-memory record |
| Qatar Airways | Can individual needs remain clear as a family’s shared service arrangement changes? | Individual identity tests |
| Singapore Airlines | Does a correction or service conversation become useful current guidance? | Record responsibilities |
Actual benefit depends on the operator’s existing workflow and the results of a scoped evaluation. Start with the claim-to-evidence map before interpreting a proposed application as a proven outcome.
AI needs a method.
Guest memory needs evidence.
Read how AFG’s reported experience of repeated failures during live development shaped the GuestMemoryOS approach—and why identity, context, corrections and service follow-through matter.
Why AI alone is not guest memory →Evidence, authorship and corrections
Published by AFG Holdings Ltd, developer of GuestMemoryOS. These are original company-authored analyses, not independent product reviews or peer-reviewed studies. Airline documentation establishes published operating context. IATA, Travelport, W3C, NIST, PwC and HM Treasury are cited only for the particular concepts or methods they support; none endorses this product through these citations.
AFG’s current live operating evidence remains residence-based. The family-cohort statement, review record and activity snapshot retain their separate units and dates. Examples and proposed tests are labelled; interfaces, acceptance results and commercial benefits are not invented.
Every paper has a permanent URL, named organisational author, publication date, version, source notes and suggested citation. Readers can connect each airline application to the underlying definition, method and evidence. The library’s editorial policy governs corrections. To request a correction, contact AFG with the paper, section and source.
