Platform Industries How It Works Proof Governance Why Memory Intellectual Property Company Insights Discuss a Trial
For hotel and cruise operators

Make each stay more valuable to the next.

Test a daily workflow that captures what your staff learn, identifies the guest and context, and gives relevant guidance to the next department or shift. Carry appropriate memory into later stays across participating properties and brands, and give your marketing team better context for return invitations. Start standalone or agree connections to your PMS and CRM. The evaluation should show whether the extra knowledge leads to useful service, at an acceptable effort for the team.

The opportunity to evaluate

What happens between
the profile and the review?

Your systems already hold useful guest information. GuestMemoryOS adds a daily workflow for learning during service, briefing the next employee and recording what follows. Evaluate the additional value against your current tools and routines.

Begin standalone or scope the required connections with your technology team. No replacement of booking, billing or CRM workflows is required for a standalone evaluation.

Enterprise fit

Connect service knowledge to everyday work.

PMS and CRM platforms can hold guest preferences and support service workflows. GuestMemoryOS turns ongoing guest and staff feedback into relevant departmental advice, actions and learning during the stay. Trial connections and information ownership are agreed with your operations and technology teams.

A decision for your team

Three perspectives. One practical evaluation.

Bring the people responsible for service, information and the business outcome into the same discussion. Each needs a clear view of how the proposed trial would work.

Service delivery

Operations

Follow daily staff answers and separate voluntary observations into departmental recommendations. The manager reviews the collected answers and has separate arrival and daily guest-experience prompts. Assess the service actions and handovers that follow.

Watch the service flow →
Information and access

IT & Data

Agree who can access guest knowledge, how it is retained or corrected, and who keeps team coverage current. Define any system connections and the responsibilities for department messages before setup.

Review governance →
Evidence and investment

Leadership & Commercial

Agree the service outcomes to assess. Review guest responses, actions and staff effort. Daily answers and voluntary observations inform a continually updated stay evaluation and estimated rebooking percentage, which managers can use as a decision aid alongside the evidence.

Review the evidence →
Service intelligence and coaching

Understand the service behind the score.

Managers can review what staff noticed, what was remembered, which actions followed, how knowledge was handed over and how the guest responded. Use recorded service examples in manager-led coaching to help the team improve its next interaction.

A relationship that grows across the group

The next property builds
on the previous stay.

GuestMemoryOS carries appropriate guest learning beyond a single property or voyage. Each participating team can prepare with relevant history, learn what has changed and contribute new context for the next visit.

Group operations

Continuity across hotels, ships and brands.

Agree participating properties, guest identity, access and retention. Where authorised, the scope can include multiple brands or groups under common ownership. The receiving team gets the context needed to serve the individual.

Commercial teams

Invitations grounded in the experience.

Use approved service memories to inform your CRM campaigns: relevant seasonal greetings, return experiences and offers based on what the guest enjoyed. Agree data connections and communication permissions, then measure engagement and actual return bookings.

Group sharing and campaign connections are scoped with your team. The live residence evidence is separate from the wider group deployment to be evaluated.

What it does and where it fits

A live service workflow.
Clear responsibilities.

GuestMemoryOS helps teams collect and use guest knowledge. It can operate standalone, with PMS and CRM connections scoped around your systems.

GuestMemoryOS does

Learn, recommend and remember.

Capture daily staff answers and additional observations. Keep the guest, source and context attached. Prepare department briefs, suggest better service and retain useful knowledge for the next visit.

GuestMemoryOS does not

Replace your people or core systems.

It is not a PMS or CRM replacement, a Wi-Fi browsing tracker or a questionnaire guests must fill in. Suggestions and rebooking estimates are not guest statements. Your team remains responsible for service decisions.

Existing PMS and CRM platforms can already hold preferences. The added value to evaluate is the ongoing collection of service knowledge and how effectively people use it. Integrations and cross-property use require agreed scope and permissions.

Standalone and integration options →
A small, defined starting point

One team. One guest group. A clear decision.

For a hotel, begin with a guest cohort across front office, housekeeping and food and beverage. For a cruise line, begin with one station and agreed departmental handovers. Confirm the operating sponsor, baseline, trial period, support and costs before launch.

01 · Choose the workflow

Name the handover and the people.

Choose a handover between shifts or departments, such as dining to guest relations. Agree the participating teams, cover arrangements, guest scope and operating lead, along with the information and permissions needed.

02 · Agree success measures

Decide what useful progress means.

Set the baseline, measures and review points together before starting. Measures could include relevant knowledge reaching the covering team, actions completed, guest responses and staff contribution time.

03 · Use it in real service

Follow daily evidence through to the response.

Each staff or crew member receives five daily questions tailored to their role, the villa, hotel or cruise setting, its location and the current stay. Staff answer through normal service and observation, and can separately add unlimited voluntary observations. The team reviews the guidance, acts and records the response.

04 · Review and decide

Use the evidence to choose the next step.

Review the agreed measures with the operating team. Decide together whether to adjust, extend or conclude the trial. Any wider deployment has its own scope, responsibilities and approval.

Guests do not receive the staff questions. The manager sees the collected answers; staff do not have that consolidated view. Answers and voluntary observations inform recommendations and guest memories, with reported information kept distinct from confirmed preferences.

QuickNote keeps entry simple: staff use one button to record observations in their own language. AFG reports an average of six seconds per note per staff member—about two minutes of entry time for 20 observations.

Beyond the first workflow

Test the next welcome,
as well as the next shift.

Begin with one hotel cohort or cruise station. Agree a further preparation exercise when the initial workflow is established.

Optional next stage

Another team prepares the welcome.

With agreed guest identity and sharing permissions, ask a second property or ship team to prepare using retained preferences. Check what reaches the team, what they can deliver and what needs updating.

Measure what was actually tested

Preparation first. Guest outcomes next.

A demonstration can test the transfer and preparation workflow. A live return visit can then test whether the guest experiences continuity. Wider rollout and actual rebookings require their own evaluation.

Scope and evidence

Build on a live service workflow.

The evaluation draws on live residence operation, completed internal cruise simulations and a completed simulation of a 600-room hotel in Dubai. A live hotel or cruise trial is the next step with an operator partner.

Internal simulation testing

Cruise environments and a 600-room hotel.

AFG has completed virtual cruise testing with simulated guests and crew, and a simulation of a 600-room hotel in Dubai. These are simulated environments, separate from live operator trials. Detailed cruise results are available privately to verified cruise-line representatives. Request cruise ship simulation results →

See it operate

Bring one service workflow to the discussion.

Choose a service challenge: learning what guests need, improving a meal or keeping knowledge across a shift change. Walk through it with your operations, technology and leadership teams, then agree a practical trial scope and measures.
